AB826-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB826-AA2,1,2 1. Page 12, line 23: delete "and who" and substitute ", who".

AB826-AA2,1,4 2. Page 12, line 24: after "school" insert ", and who has a 3.0 grade point average or the equivalent".

AB826-AA2,1,7 3. Page 22, line 12: after "(am)." insert "A principal may not excuse a pupil under this paragraph unless the pupil has a 3.0 grade point average or the equivalent.".

AB826-AA2,1,9 4. Page 22, line 16: after "school" insert "or if the pupil no longer has a 3.0 grade point average or the equivalent".
