AJR15-AA6,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:
AJR15-AA6,1,2 21. Page 36, line 24: after that line insert:
AJR15-AA6,1,3 3" Section 60m. Joint rule 81p is created to read:
AJR15-AA6,1,74 Joint Rule 81p. Veto review session, odd-numbered year. (1) The
5biennial session schedule shall provide for a 3-day veto review session in November
6or December of the odd-numbered year. The veto review session shall be a floorperiod
7limited to action on gubernatorial vetoes or partial vetoes.
AJR15-AA6,1,108 (2) (a) Any vetoes of regular or special session bills not previously on a calendar
9in the house of origin shall be shown as pending business on the calendar for the veto
10review session's first day.
AJR15-AA6,1,1311 (b) Any veto required to be scheduled under par. (a) that does not receive final
12action during the veto review session is sustained. The disposition shall be recorded
13as "failed to pass notwithstanding the objections of the governor."

1(3) Any veto received from the other house for concurrence notwithstanding the
2objections of the governor may be taken up immediately.
AJR15-AA6,2,53 (4) The decision of either house on the motion to pass a bill, or part thereof,
4notwithstanding the objections of the governor is not subject to a motion for
5reconsideration.".

AJR15-AA6,2,7 7" Section 62m. Joint rule 82 (2) (am) is created to read:
AJR15-AA6,2,9 8Joint Rule 82 (2) (am) Notwithstanding any contrary instructions by a
9committee or officer of the legislature:
AJR15-AA6,2,1410 1. Upon submission to the assembly chief clerk and senate chief clerk of a
11petition requesting the opportunity to vote on gubernatorial vetoes and partial
12vetoes at the veto review floorperiod, which is signed by at least one-fourth of the
13members of one house of the legislature, each chief clerk shall prepare a calendar for
14the first day of the veto review floorperiod and place all pending vetoes on it.
AJR15-AA6,2,1615 2. Each house shall be in session at that time and shall vote on each pending
16veto.".
