Page 1, line 4: after "districts" insert "or any provisions other than those reconciling the differences in the positions of the 2 houses as reflected by the proposal, as introduced, the proposal as engrossed by the first house, and the proposal, as concurred in and amended by the 2nd house, with the position of the joint committee on finance, as reflected by senate substitute amendment 1 to the proposal offered by the joint committee on finance".
