AR2-AA2,1,7 Assembly Rule 9 (1) (bd) Campaign finance reform, committee on, which shall be known as the "special committee on campaign finance reform," and which shall submit its final report to the assembly, and introduce a bill to enact its final report, by April 30, 2001.".
