ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 11, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION 3

AR3-AA11,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

AR3-AA11,1,2 1. Page 23, line 4: delete that line and substitute:

AR3-AA11,1,3 " Section 30d. Assembly rule 28 (title) is amended to read:

AR3-AA11,1,5 Assembly Rule 28 (title) Hour for Daily sessions; convening, adjournment.".

AR3-AA11,1,7 2. Page 23, line 5: delete " Assembly Rule 28. Hour for convening." and substitute:

AR3-AA11,1,9 " Section 30f. Assembly rule 28 is renumbered assembly rule 28 (1) and amended to read:

AR3-AA11,1,10 (1)".

AR3-AA11,1,11 3. Page 23, line 8: after that line insert:

AR3-AA11,1,12 " Section 30m. Assembly rule 28 (2) is created to read:

AR3-AA11,2,3 Assembly Rule 28 (2) The daily session of the assembly ends at midnight unless adjourned earlier. The assembly may not conduct business during the hours between midnight and 7 a.m., except as provided under rule 90 (2).".

AR3-AA11,2,4 4. Page 52, line 8: delete that line and substitute:

AR3-AA11,2,6 " Section 86d. Assembly rule 90 is renumbered assembly rule 90 (1), and Assembly rule 90 (1) (c) and (e), as renumbered, are amended to read:".

AR3-AA11,2,7 5. Page 52, line 9: delete "(3)" and substitute "(1) (c)".

AR3-AA11,2,8 6. Page 52, line 12: delete "(5)" and substitute "(e)".

AR3-AA11,2,9 7. Page 52, line 13: after that line insert:

AR3-AA11,2,10 " Section 86m. Assembly rule 90 (2) is created to read:

AR3-AA11,2,14 Assembly Rule 90 (2) Rule 28 (2) may be suspended by a majority of the members present and voting, but the suspension under this subsection only applies to the completion of the consideration of the proposal that is being considered at midnight.".
