AR3-AA14,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:
AR3-AA14,1,2 21. Page 36, line 15: after that line insert:
AR3-AA14,1,3 3" Section 50m. Assembly rule 48 (3) is created to read:
AR3-AA14,1,64 Assembly Rule 48 (3) All questions of passage, concurrence, and adoption of a
5proposal that imposes a state mandate on a local unit of government are decided by
6a two-thirds majority vote of a quorum.".
AR3-AA14,1,7 72. Page 43, line 1: delete lines 1 to 2 and substitute:
AR3-AA14,1,12 8" (7) Appeals are debatable and shall be, except for appeals relating to passage,
9concurrence, or adoption, are
decided by a majority of the members present and
10voting
on a roll call vote. Appeals relating to passage, concurrence, or adoption are
11decided by a two-thirds majority of the members present and voting on a roll call
12vote.
The presiding officer may vote on appeals.".
