ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION 3

AR3-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

AR3-AA2,1,2 1. Page 29, line 15: delete lines 15 to 17 and substitute:

AR3-AA2,1,8 "(2) Any proposal introduced or offered for introduction shall have been prepared by the legislative reference bureau and shall conform to the legislative rules and laws governing form. The legislative reference bureau shall include a delayed effective date of at least one year in the draft of a proposal that is for incorporation into the biennial budget bill if the legislation would decrease the revenue or increase the cost of local governmental units.".

AR3-AA2,2,2 2. Page 37, line 23: delete that line and substitute "than a member thereof.
