ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 25, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION 3

AR3-AA25,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

AR3-AA25,1,2 1. Page 62, line 17: after that line insert:

AR3-AA25,1,5 "(5) Subsection (1) does not apply to a fund-raising social event of a current member of the assembly who represents a district that contains part of Dane County, or his or her personal campaign committee, if:

AR3-AA25,1,7 (a) The event is held within the boundaries of the jurisdiction or district represented by the current member of the assembly;

AR3-AA25,1,8 (b) The event is held during a special or extraordinary session; and

AR3-AA25,1,10 (c) The invitations to attend the event are sent before the special or extraordinary session is called.".
