AR3-AA6,1,2 1. Page 62, line 17: after that line insert:

AR3-AA6,1,3 " Section 96c. Assembly rule 98f is created to read:

AR3-AA6,1,6 Assembly Rule 98f. Campaign contributions. (1) In this rule, "contribution," "legislative campaign committee," and "personal campaign committee" have the meanings given for the terms in section 11.01 of the statutes.

AR3-AA6,1,12 (2) A member, member's personal campaign committee, or legislative campaign committee that receives a contribution, after January 1 of the odd-numbered year and before the executive budget bill introduced under section 16.47 (1) of the statutes is passed by both houses, that must be reported pursuant to section 11.06 or 11.20 of the statutes shall report the contribution to the elections board within 5 days after receiving the contribution.".
