SB105-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB105-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 16: delete that line and substitute:
SB105-SA1,1,3 3" Section 5e. 93.75 (3m) (e) to (k) of the statutes are created to read:
SB105-SA1,1,104 93.75 (3m) (e) If the department of transportation determines, after
5December 31, 2005, and before January 1, 2007, that the amount of federal moneys
6received by this state for highways and other surface transportation purposes,
7excluding federal moneys received for railroads, is decreased due to ethanol sales in
8this state, the department of transportation shall notify the department of
9agriculture, trade and consumer protection of that determination not sooner than
10October 1, 2006, and not later than December 31, 2006.
SB105-SA1,2,411 (f) If the department of transportation determines, after December 31, 2006,
12and before January 1, 2008, that the amount of federal moneys received by this state
13for highways and other surface transportation purposes, excluding federal moneys

1received for railroads, is decreased due to ethanol sales in this state, the department
2of transportation shall notify the department of agriculture, trade and consumer
3protection of that determination not sooner than October 1, 2007, and not later than
4December 31, 2007.
SB105-SA1,2,115 (g) If the department of transportation determines, after December 31, 2007,
6and before January 1, 2009, that the amount of federal moneys received by this state
7for highways and other surface transportation purposes, excluding federal moneys
8received for railroads, is decreased due to ethanol sales in this state, the department
9of transportation shall notify the department of agriculture, trade and consumer
10protection of that determination not sooner than October 1, 2008, and not later than
11December 31, 2008.
SB105-SA1,2,1812 (h) If the department of transportation determines, after December 31, 2008,
13and before January 1, 2010, that the amount of federal moneys received by this state
14for highways and other surface transportation purposes, excluding federal moneys
15received for railroads, is decreased due to ethanol sales in this state, the department
16of transportation shall notify the department of agriculture, trade and consumer
17protection of that determination not sooner than October 1, 2009, and not later than
18December 31, 2009.
SB105-SA1,2,2519 (i) If the department of transportation determines, after December 31, 2009,
20and before January 1, 2011, that the amount of federal moneys received by this state
21for highways and other surface transportation purposes, excluding federal moneys
22received for railroads, is decreased due to ethanol sales in this state, the department
23of transportation shall notify the department of agriculture, trade and consumer
24protection of that determination not sooner than October 1, 2010, and not later than
25December 31, 2010.

1(j) If the department of transportation determines, after December 31, 2010,
2and before January 1, 2012, that the amount of federal moneys received by this state
3for highways and other surface transportation purposes, excluding federal moneys
4received for railroads, is decreased due to ethanol sales in this state, the department
5of transportation shall notify the department of agriculture, trade and consumer
6protection of that determination not sooner than October 1, 2011, and not later than
7December 31, 2011.
SB105-SA1,3,148 (k) If the department of transportation determines, after December 31, 2011,
9and before January 1, 2013, that the amount of federal moneys received by this state
10for highways and other surface transportation purposes, excluding federal moneys
11received for railroads, is decreased due to ethanol sales in this state, the department
12of transportation shall notify the department of agriculture, trade and consumer
13protection of that determination not sooner than October 1, 2012, and not later than
14December 31, 2012.".
