SB110-SA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB110-SA3,1,3 21. Page 33, line 4: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
3page 34, line 14, and substitute:
SB110-SA3,2,2 4"(1m) Universal, centralized voter registration. The elections board shall
5prepare recommendations with regard to requiring voter registration in every
6municipality in this state and maintaining a statewide voter registration list. The
7recommendations shall address issues relating to the privacy of each elector's voter
8registration information and may not include a recommendation that an elector's
9social security number be recorded on a statewide voter registration list. No later
10than 90 days after the effective date of this subsection, the elections board shall
11submit the recommendations to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature for

1distribution to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature in the manner
2provided under section 13.172 (3) of the statutes.".
