SB212-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB212-SA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: delete lines 7 to 12 and substitute:

SB212-SA4,1,4 "(2) Restrictions. No solicitor may make an electronic mail solicitation to a person without the consent of the person solicited unless any of the following applies:

SB212-SA4,1,6 (a) The person solicited has or had a business or personal relationship with the solicitor.

SB212-SA4,1,8 (b) The electronic mail solicitation contains a statement that it is made for the purpose of encouraging the person to purchase property, goods, or services.".
