SB237-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB237-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:
SB237-SA1,1,3 3" Section 2m. 146.82 (2) (a) 3. of the statutes is amended to read:
SB237-SA1,1,74 146.82 (2) (a) 3. To the extent that the records are needed for billing, collection
5or payment of claims. No recipient of a patient health care record under this
6subdivision may use the information in the record to market a health care service or
7product to a patient or health care provider.
".
SB237-SA1,1,9 82. Page 2, line 17: delete " patient's health care provider" and substitute
9"practitioner, as defined in s. 450.01 (17), who prescribed a drug".
SB237-SA1,1,10 103. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:
SB237-SA1,1,11 11" Section 4m. 146.84 (5) of the statutes is created to read:

1146.84 (5) Enforcement. The department of justice or a district attorney may
