Page 4, line 7: delete "This act first applies" and substitute "The treatment of sections 77.52 (3m) (intro.) and (3n), 77.525, and 77.72 (3) (b) of the statutes, the renumbering and amendment of section 77.52 (2) (a) 5. of the statutes, and the creation of section 77.52 (2) (a) 5. b. of the statutes first apply".
