SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2001 SENATE BILL 263

SB263-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB263-SA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 7: delete "Persons" and substitute "Subject to par. (i), persons".

SB263-SA1,1,3 2. Page 6, line 19: after that line insert:

SB263-SA1,1,4 " Section 11m. 341.14 (6r) (i) of the statutes is created to read:

SB263-SA1,1,10 341.14 (6r) (i) The department may not issue the special group plates under par. (f) 56. until the department completes its license plate redesign that is scheduled to be completed in 2003. Within 45 days of completion of the license plate redesign specified in this paragraph, the department shall issue special group plates under par. (f) 56. with use of a decal or sticker to specify the applicable authorized special group.".
