Page 32, line 17: after "animals." insert "Upon referral of any proposed rule under this subsection to the presiding officers of each house of the legislature under s. 227.19 (2), the presiding officers shall refer the proposed rule to a senate committee and an assembly committee concerned with agriculture.".
