SB35-SA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 93.14 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB35-SA1,1,6 93.14 (1) The department or any of its authorized agents may, in relation to any matter within the department's power, including s. 196.208, conduct hearings, administer oaths, issue subpoenas, and take testimony.".

SB35-SA1,1,7 2. Page 3, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".
