SB35-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB35-SA2,1,2 1. Page 6, line 7: after that line insert:

SB35-SA2,1,3 " Section 12m. Initial applicability.

SB35-SA2,1,6 (1) Provision of billing services. The treatment of section 196.208 (7) (b) (intro.) of the statutes first applies to violations that occur on the effective date of this subsection.

SB35-SA2,1,8 (2) Treble damages. The treatment of section 196.208 (11) (a) 1. of the statutes first applies to failures to comply that occur on the effective date of this subsection.

SB35-SA2,1,10 (3) Penalties. The treatment of section 196.208 (11) (d) of the statutes first applies to violations that occur on the effective date of this subsection.".
