SB54-SSA1-SA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 11: delete "No" and substitute "(a) Except as provided in par. (b), no".

SB54-SSA1-SA3,1,4 2. Page 1, line 12: after that line insert:

SB54-SSA1-SA3,1,9 "(b) This subsection does not apply to the discharge of dredged or fill material into a nonfederal wetland if the discharge is permitted under a permit issued by the U.S. army corps of engineers on or before the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], and if the discharge is performed in compliance with the terms of the permit.".
