SB55-ASA1-AA1-AA32,1,5 2. Page 1399, line 3: delete that line, and adjust the appropriate totals accordingly.

SB55-ASA1-AA1-AA32,1,7 3. Page 1399, line 10: delete lines 10 to 12, and adjust the appropriate totals accordingly.
