Warning. If, in the course of an undercover investigation to
5determine compliance with this section, a law enforcement agency has probable
6cause to believe that a person has committed a violation of this subsection, the law
7enforcement agency may only issue a written warning to the person if the person has
8not been found to have committed, or received a written warning for, a previous
9violation within 30 months before the violation.

8premises in violation of par. (a) is subject to a forfeiture of not more than $500.

Warnings for underage drinking violations. The treatment of section
18125.07 (1) (am) and (b) 2. a. and (3) (b) 2. of the statutes and the renumbering and
19amendment of section 125.07 (3) (b) of the statutes first apply to violations,
20discovered through undercover law enforcement investigations, occurring on the
21effective date of this subsection.".
