SB55-ASA1-AA103,1,2 21. Page 934, line 14: after that line insert:
SB55-ASA1-AA103,1,3 3" Section 2802g. 125.07 (1) (am) of the statutes is created to read:
SB55-ASA1-AA103,1,94 125.07 (1) (am) Warning. If, in the course of an undercover investigation to
5determine compliance with this section, a law enforcement agency has probable
6cause to believe that a person has committed a violation of this subsection, the law
7enforcement agency may only issue a written warning to the person if the person has
8not been found to have committed, or received a written warning for, a previous
9violation within 30 months before the violation.
SB55-ASA1-AA103, s. 2802h 10Section 2802h. 125.07 (1) (b) 2. a. of the statutes is amended to read:

1125.07 (1) (b) 2. a. Required Except as provided in par. (am), required to forfeit
2not more than $500 if the person has not committed a previous violation within 30
3months of the violation.
SB55-ASA1-AA103, s. 2802i 4Section 2802i. 125.07 (3) (b) of the statutes is renumbered 125.07 (3) (b) 1. and
5amended to read:
SB55-ASA1-AA103,2,86 125.07 (3) (b) 1. A Except as provided in subd. 2., a licensee or permittee who
7directly or indirectly permits an underage person to enter or be on a licensed
8premises in violation of par. (a) is subject to a forfeiture of not more than $500.
SB55-ASA1-AA103, s. 2802j 9Section 2802j. 125.07 (3) (b) 2. of the statutes is created to read:
SB55-ASA1-AA103,2,1510 125.07 (3) (b) 2. If, in the course of an undercover investigation to determine
11compliance with this section, a law enforcement agency has probable cause to believe
12that a licensee or permittee has committed a violation of this subsection, the law

SB55-ASA1-AA103,2,21 17"(26w) Warnings for underage drinking violations. The treatment of section
18125.07 (1) (am) and (b) 2. a. and (3) (b) 2. of the statutes and the renumbering and
19amendment of section 125.07 (3) (b) of the statutes first apply to violations,
20discovered through undercover law enforcement investigations, occurring on the
21effective date of this subsection.".

24125.07 (1) (am) and (b) 2. a. and (3) (b) 2. of the statutes, and the renumbering and

2act take effect on the first day of the 4th month beginning after publication.".
