SB55-ASA1-AA18,1,8 "(3k) Study of impact of agricultural mergers on family farms. The department of justice shall study the impact on small or family farms of mergers involving agricultural businesses. The study shall focus on any competitive disadvantages to small or family farms resulting from the merger of agricultural businesses. The department of justice shall report its findings to the legislature in the manner provided in section 13.172 (2) of the statutes by January 1, 2003.".
