SB55-ASA1-AA25,1,7 "(8d) Decreased correctional staff positions at supermax prison. The authorized FTE positions for the department of corrections are decreased by 20.0 GPR positions on July 1, 2001, to be funded from the appropriation under section 20.410 (1) (a) of the statutes, for the purpose of reducing correctional officer staffing at the institution established under section 301.16 (1n) of the statutes.

SB55-ASA1-AA25,2,2 (8dc) Increased social service positions at supermax prison. The authorized FTE positions for the department of corrections are increased by 20.0 GPR positions on July 1, 2001, to be funded from the appropriation under section 20.410 (1) (a) of the statutes, for the purpose of adding 5.0 psychologist positions, 5.0 teacher positions, 5.0 teaching assistant positions, and 5.0 positions for social workers, crisis intervention workers, or both at the institution established under section 301.16 (1n) of the statutes.".
