SB55-ASA1-AA28,1,2 1. Page 628, line 21: after that line insert:

SB55-ASA1-AA28,1,3 " Section 1783d. 49.45 (8g) of the statutes is created to read:

SB55-ASA1-AA28,1,4 49.45 (8g) Rates for legend drugs. (a) In this subsection:

SB55-ASA1-AA28,1,5 1. "Brand name" has the meaning given in s. 450.12 (1) (a).

SB55-ASA1-AA28,1,6 2. "Generic name" has the meaning given in s. 450.12 (1) (b).

SB55-ASA1-AA28,1,11 (b) The rates of reimbursement for the provision of legend drugs, as specified in s. 49.46 (2) (b) 6. h., shall be the average wholesale price minus 10% for brand name drugs and drugs that the department determines are not readily available, or the maximum allowable cost for readily-available generic name drugs, plus a dispensing fee.".
