SB55-ASA1-AA36,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB55-ASA1-AA36,1,4 21. Page 134, line 8: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2001-02 by
3$2,000,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2002-03 by $2,500,000 to
4reflect elimination of the high school graduation test.

16the pupil's academic performance and the recommendations of teachers. Except as
17provided in subd. 2., the criteria apply to pupils enrolled in charter schools located
18in the school district.
SB55-ASA1-AA36,2,2319 2. By September 1, 2002, each operator of a charter school under s. 118.40 (2r)
20that operates high school grades shall develop a policy specifying criteria for
21granting a high school diploma. The criteria shall include the pupil's score on the
22examination administered under s. 118.30 (1r) (d),
