SB97-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB97-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 6 and substitute:

SB97-SA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 29.181 (1b) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

SB97-SA1,1,7 29.181 (1b) (c) "Maple syrup production land" means a parcel of land, other than land that is enrolled in the conservation reserve program under 16 USC 3831 to 3836, that is at least 50 acres in size and that contains trees that are used on a commercial basis for maple syrup production.

SB97-SA1, s. 1m Section 1m. 29.181 (2m) (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB97-SA1,1,9 29.181 (2m) (title) Resident farm owner landowner.

SB97-SA1, s. 1r Section 1r. 29.181 (2m) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB97-SA1,2,2 29.181 (2m) (a) The resident is an owner of record or a vendee under a contract of a farm that or of maple syrup production land and the farm or the maple syrup production land is located in whole or in part in the deer management area or in whole or in part in an adjacent deer management area.".
