AB104-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB104-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 8: after "(2)" insert "(a)".

AB104-AA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 9: delete "(a)" and substitute "1.".

AB104-AA1,1,4 3. Page 3, line 10: delete "(b)" and substitute "2.".

AB104-AA1,1,5 4. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

AB104-AA1,1,9 "(b) Paragraph (a) does not apply to an attempted or completed somatic cell nuclear transfer or any other attempted or completed act of asexual reproduction if the product of the attempted or completed procedure is not transferred into a woman's uterus.".
