AB109-ASA1-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB109-ASA1-AA1,1,3 21. Page 2, line 6: delete the material beginning with "resident" and ending
3with "licenses" on line 7 and substitute "certain resident hunting approvals".
AB109-ASA1-AA1,1,5 42. Page 3, line 7: delete " small game hunting license" and substitute "hunting
5approval
".
AB109-ASA1-AA1,1,6 63. Page 3, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10.
AB109-ASA1-AA1,1,7 74. Page 3, line 13: delete lines 13 to 20 and substitute:
AB109-ASA1-AA1,1,10 8"2m. "Resident hunting approval" means a resident small game hunting
9license, a resident deer hunting license, a resident archer hunting license, or a bonus
10or special deer hunting permit issued to a resident.

1(b) A resident hunting approval shall be issued by the department to a minor
2who resides in another state and who applies for the approval if all of the following
3apply:
AB109-ASA1-AA1,2,64 1. The other state issues to minors who are residents of this state a type of
5hunting license or other permit that confers privileges that are the same as, or
6substantially similar to, the privileges conferred by the resident hunting approval.
AB109-ASA1-AA1,2,97 3. The other state collects from its own residents who are minors the same fee
8for the hunting license or permit that it collects from minors who are residents of this
9state.".
