AB111-AA3,1,2 1. Page 15, line 16: after "whether" insert "a copy of".

AB111-AA3,1,4 2. Page 16, line 23: delete "identification" and substitute "a copy of the identification required under s. 6.86 (1) (ar)".

AB111-AA3,1,6 3. Page 18, line 10: delete "identification and no" and substitute "a copy of the identification required under s. 6.86 (1) (ar) and no copy of the elector's".
