AB152-ASA1-AA1,1,6 21. Page 4, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute "by the department of
3corrections, and a correctional officer who shall be from a list provided to the
4secretary by the labor organization recognized or certified to represent the
5employees in the collective bargaining unit that represents correctional officers. At
