AB153-ASA2-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB153-ASA2-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete that line and substitute:

AB153-ASA2-AA1,1,4 " Section 1m. 29.971 (11) of the statutes is renumbered 29.971 (11) (a) and amended to read:".

AB153-ASA2-AA1,1,6 2. Page 1, line 4: delete "For" and substitute "(a) For Except as provided in par. (b), for".

AB153-ASA2-AA1,1,7 3. Page 1, line 11: after that line insert:

AB153-ASA2-AA1,1,8 " Section 2m. 29.971 (11) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB153-ASA2-AA1,2,5 29.971 (11) (b) For hunting antlerless deer without the required approval, during the closed season, with the aid of artificial light or with the aid of an aircraft, except as provided in s. 29.307 (2), for the snaring of or setting snares for antlerless deer, or for the possession or control of an antlerless deer carcass in violation of s. 29.055 or 29.347, by a forfeiture of not more than $500 for the first violation and not more than $1,000 for each subsequent violation. In addition, the court may order the revocation of all approvals issued to the person under this chapter and may prohibit the issuance of any new approval under this chapter to the person for one year for the first violation and for up to 3 years for each subsequent violation.".
