AB183-SA1,1,4 1. Page 1, line 6: after "programs" insert "and granting rule-making authority".

AB183-SA1,1,5 2. Page 4, line 19: after that line insert:

AB183-SA1,1,6 " Section 11m. 118.55 (7t) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB183-SA1,1,10 118.55 (7t) (d) The department shall promulgate rules establishing a financial needs test for school board payment of tuition and fees under subs. (5) and (7r) (d). The rules shall prohibit such payment on behalf of pupils who are from families with sufficient financial means to pay the tuition and fees themselves.".
