AB194-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB194-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: after "nature" insert "and making an appropriation".

AB194-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB194-AA1,1,4 " Section 1g. 20.395 (5) (cj) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB194-AA1,1,8 20.395 (5) (cj) Vehicle registration, special group plates, state funds. From the general fund, all moneys deposited under s. 341.14 (6r) (b) 2. and 3. and (fm) 2., for the purpose of producing and issuing special group plates under s. 341.14 (6r) and making payments under s. 341.14 (6r) (fm) 2.

AB194-AA1, s. 1j Section 1j. 341.14 (6r) (b) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB194-AA1,2,2 341.14 (6r) (b) 2. An additional fee of $15 shall be charged for the issuance or reissuance of the plates for special groups specified under par. (f). From the total of fees collected under this subdivision for the issuance or reissuance of plates for the special groups specified under par. (f) 3m., 6m., 9g., 9m., 12g., and 12m., the department shall deposit into the general fund and credit to the appropriation account under s. 20.395 (5) (cj) the first $10,200 of such fees.".

AB194-AA1,2,5 4. Page 3, line 2: delete that line and substitute "special group groups specified under par. (f) 3m., 6m., 9g., 9m., 12g., 12m., 54 ., and 55.".
