AB197-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB197-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

AB197-SA1,1,4 " Section 1c. 169.09 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 169.09 (2) (a) (intro.) and amended to read:

AB197-SA1,1,7 169.09 (2) (a) (intro.) No person may sell or offer to sell or purchase or offer to purchase the opportunity to hunt any wild animal that is or has been captive except as authorized under a bird hunting preserve license. one of the following:

AB197-SA1, s. 1e Section 1e. 169.09 (2) (a) 1. of the statutes is created to read:

AB197-SA1,1,9 169.09 (2) (a) 1. A bird hunting preserve license.

AB197-SA1, s. 1g Section 1g. 169.09 (2) (a) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

AB197-SA1,1,13 169.09 (2) (a) 2. A dog training license, if the hunting does not involve the release of a captive wild animal into the wild and does not include shooting, shooting at, intentional killing, or attempting to kill any wild animal.

AB197-SA1, s. 1j Section 1j. 169.09 (2) of the statutes is created to read:

AB197-SA1,2,2 169.09 (2) (b) This subsection does not apply to any of the following:

AB197-SA1,2,6 1. Fees paid to enter into an organized competitive field trial event involving sporting dog breeds that is sanctioned, licensed, or recognized by a local, state, regional, or national dog organization and authorized under a valid bird dog trial license or hound dog trial license.

AB197-SA1,2,7 2. Membership fees paid to join a dog club.".

AB197-SA1,2,8 2. Page 1, line 4: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".
