AB204-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: delete the material inserted by assembly amendment 1 and substitute:

AB204-SA1,1,4 " Section 1g. 38.15 (3) (c) 3. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB204-SA1,1,5 38.15 (3) (c) 3. The capital expenditure is made before July 1, 2003 2006.".
