AB206-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB206-AA4,1,3 1. Page 3, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 19 and substitute:

AB206-AA4,1,4 " Section 7m. 946.43 (2m) (ag) of the statutes is created to read:

AB206-AA4,1,8 946.43 (2m) (ag) Any detainee or person in custody of a peace officer who throws or expels blood, semen, vomit, saliva, urine, feces, or other bodily substance at or toward a peace officer or another detainee or person in custody of a peace officer under all of the following circumstances is guilty of a Class I felony:

AB206-AA4,1,12 1. The detainee or person in custody of a peace officer throws or expels the blood, semen, vomit, saliva, urine, feces, or other bodily substance with the intent that it come into contact with the peace officer or other detainee or person in custody of a peace officer.

AB206-AA4,2,4 2. The detainee or person in custody of a peace officer throws or expels the blood, semen, vomit, saliva, urine, feces, or other bodily substance with the intent either to cause bodily harm to the peace officer or other detainee or person in custody of a peace officer.

AB206-AA4,2,7 3. The peace officer or other detainee or person in custody of a peace officer does not consent to the blood, semen, vomit, saliva, urine, feces, or other bodily substance being thrown or expelled at or toward him or her.".
