ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 ASSEMBLY BILL 244

AB244-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB244-AA1,1,4 1. Page 4, line 17: delete that line and substitute "court shall send notice of assignment to the last-known address of the person from whom the party or parties responsible for the payment or reimbursement receive or will receive money.".

AB244-AA1,1,5 2. Page 5, line 5: after "charge," insert "a copy of s. 767.24 (1m)".

AB244-AA1,1,7 3. Page 5, line 6: delete the material beginning with "instructions" and ending with "(1m)" on line 7 and substitute "showing that the parties have a minor child".

AB244-AA1,1,8 4. Page 5, line 9: delete "instructions" and substitute "a copy of s. 767.24 (1m)".

AB244-AA1,1,10 5. Page 5, line 10: delete the material beginning with ", for" and ending with "(1m)" on line 11.

AB244-AA1,1,12 6. Page 9, line 15: delete " commissioner." and substitute "commissioner. This paragraph does not apply to an action to determine the paternity of a child.".

AB244-AA1,2,1 7. Page 11, line 16: delete lines 16 to 19.

AB244-AA1,2,4 8. Page 13, line 11: delete "in the manner provided under s. 767.265 (2r)" and substitute "to the last-known address of the person from whom the party or parties responsible for the fee payment receive or will receive money".
