AB256-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB256-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 to 14 and substitute:
AB256-AA1,1,4 3" Section 2d. 66.0501 (4) of the statutes is renumbered 66.0501 (4) (a) and
4amended to read:
AB256-AA1,1,95 66.0501 (4) (a) A volunteer fire fighter, emergency medical technician, or first
6responder in a city, village, or town whose annual compensation from one or more of
7those positions, including fringe benefits, does not exceed the amount specified in s.
8946.13 (2) (a)
$15,000 may also hold an elective office in that city, village, or town.

11town officer to receive wages under s. 60.37 (4) for work that he or she performs for
12the town.
AB256-AA1, s. 2g 13Section 2g. 66.0501 (4) (b) of the statutes is created to read:
AB256-AA1,2,4
166.0501 (4) (b) A part-time seasonal employee in a park and recreational
2program in a city, village, or town whose annual compensation from this position,
3including fringe benefits, does not exceed $2,500 may also hold an elective office in
4that city, village, or town.".
