AB259-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB259-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: delete that line, as affected by chief clerk's correction, and substitute:

AB259-AA1,1,4 "119.23 (2) (a) (intro.) Subject to par. pars. (b) and (e), any pupil in grades".

AB259-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 6: delete that line and substitute:

AB259-AA1,1,6 " Section 3m. 119.23 (2) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB259-AA1,1,11 119.23 (2) (b) No more than 15% 20 percent of the school district's membership may attend private schools under this section. If in any school year there are more spaces available in the participating private schools than the maximum number of pupils allowed to participate, the department shall prorate the number of spaces available at each participating private school.".
