AB267-AA7,1,4 1. Page 4, line 5: after the period insert "Notwithstanding sub. (1) (a), in this subsection, "small business" does not include an entity, as defined in s. 48.685 (1) (b) or 50.065 (1) (c).".

AB267-AA7,1,6 2. Page 9, line 7: after "227.114 (1)" insert ", but does not include an entity, as defined in s. 48.685 (1) (b) or 50.065 (1) (c)".
