AB267-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB267-SA1,1,3 1. Page 6, line 13: delete "notice under sub. (2) regarding a proposed rule" and substitute "proposed rule for public comment".

AB267-SA1,1,5 2. Page 7, line 14: delete "files a rule under sub. (3)" and substitute "sends a proposed rule for public comment".

AB267-SA1,1,6 3. Page 8, line 4: delete "Each agency" and substitute "At any time".

AB267-SA1,1,7 4. Page 8, line 5: delete "shall,".

AB267-SA1,1,10 5. Page 8, line 6: delete "review the rules and guidelines of the" and substitute "the small business regulatory review board may review the rules and guidelines of any".

AB267-SA1,1,12 6. Page 8, line 8: delete "an agency" and substitute "the small business regulatory review board".

AB267-SA1,2,3 7. Page 8, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute "a small business to conduct its affairs, the board shall send a report to the joint committee for review of administrative rules for the committee's review.".

AB267-SA1,2,5 8. Page 8, line 12: delete "agency" and substitute "joint committee for review of administrative rules".

AB267-SA1,2,7 9. Page 8, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 9, line 4.

AB267-SA1,2,9 10. Page 10, line 4: after "agency" insert ", excluding the department of natural resources,".

AB267-SA1,2,11 11. Page 10, line 11: after "noncompliance" insert "within 90 days or an agreed upon time frame".
