AB29-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 9: delete "up to 2 charter schools" and substitute "or contract for the establishment of one charter school".

AB29-ASA1-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 10: substitute "3" for "10".

AB29-ASA1-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 12: substitute "3" for "10".
