AB291-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB291-AA1,1,2 21. Page 3, line 3: delete "may" and substitute "shall".

AB291-AA1,1,3 32. Page 3, line 7: delete "may" and substitute "shall".

AB291-AA1,1,4 43. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

AB291-AA1,1,5 5" Section 6g. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB291-AA1,1,9 6(1) The department of natural resources shall submit in proposed form the
7rules required under section 30.20 (1m) of the statutes, as created by this act, to the
8legislative council staff under section 227.15 (1) of the statutes no later than the first
9day of the 36th month after the effective date of this subsection.

AB291-AA1, s. 7m 10Section 7m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the first day of the 42nd
11month beginning after publication, except as follows:

AB291-AA1,1,12 12(1) Section 6g of this act takes effect on the day after publication.".
