AB303-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB303-AA2,1,3 1. Page 8, line 8: delete that line and substitute "or development right is for more than 30 years unless one of the following applies:

AB303-AA2,1,6 1. The acquisition of the easement or development right in land is for the purpose of developing a bicycle trail and does not include any land that is adjacent to the trail itself.

AB303-AA2,1,8 2. The acquisition of the easement or development right is in riparian land that is within 75 feet landward to a navigable waterway, as defined in s. 30.01 (4m).".
