AB366-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB366-AA1,1,2 21. Page 1, line 4: delete that line and substitute:
AB366-AA1,1,3 3" Section 1b. 36.11 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:".
AB366-AA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 to 8 and substitute:
AB366-AA1,1,6 5" Section 1c. 36.11 (3) (c) of the statutes is renumbered 36.11 (3) (c) (intro.) and
6amended to read:
AB366-AA1,1,97 36.11 (3) (c) (intro.) The board may establish policies for the appropriate
8transfer of credits with other educational institutions outside the system., except
9that the board shall do all of the following:

AB366-AA1,1,11 11" Section 1d. 36.11 (3) (c) 1., 2. and 3. of the statutes are created to read:
AB366-AA1,2,2 1236.11(c) 1. Provide each technical college student who enrolls in the system
13with a list of what technical college credits the system will accept for transfer, how

1they will apply to the student's degree program, and what remaining courses the
2student will need to complete his or her degree program.
AB366-AA1,2,63 2. For a student transferring from a liberal arts program at the Madison Area
4Technical College, the Milwaukee Area Technical College, or Nicolet Technical
5College, accept for transfer up to 72 credits to the system and allow the student to
6satisfy his or her general education requirements at any institution.
AB366-AA1,2,87 3. Accept for transfer, occupational or technical courses taken by a technical
8college student on a course-by-course basis.".
