AB378-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB378-AA3,1,3 1. Page 13, line 14: delete the material beginning with that line and ending on page 14, line 6, and substitute:

AB378-AA3,1,9 "196.20 (7) The commission may not permit a utility, as defined in s. 196.374 (1) (c), to recover in rates any payments to compensate local units of government for the impacts of a generating facility on the local unit of government, unless the utility demonstrates that such payments are reasonable and appropriate under the particular circumstances, taking into account any payments under s. 79.04 received by the local unit of government.".
