AB378-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB378-AA6,1,4 1. Page 10, line 22: delete "the production plant has" and substitute "the production plant is not a cogeneration facility, as determined by the public service commission, and if the production plant has".

AB378-AA6,1,6 2. Page 12, line 6: after "plant" insert "or a cogeneration facility, as determined by the public service commission".

AB378-AA6,1,8 3. Page 12, line 17: after "facility" insert ", other than a cogeneration facility, as determined by the public service commission,".
