AB382-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB382-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after "card" insert "and providing a penalty".

AB382-AA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 8: after that line insert:

AB382-AA1,1,4 " Section 8m. 343.12 (5) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB382-AA1,1,7 343.12 (5) Any person who violates sub. (1) operates a school bus without having first applied for and received authorization from the department in the form of a school bus endorsement to the person's valid operator's license shall be:

AB382-AA1, s. 8s Section 8s. 343.12 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB382-AA1,1,11 343.12 (6) Any person who operates a school bus without prominently displaying his or her identification card issued under s. 110.06 (2m) in violation of sub. (1) shall forfeit not more than $200.".
