AB41-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB41-AA2,1,7 1. Page 2, line 16: after "felony" insert ", except that it is employment discrimination because of conviction record for an educational agency to refuse to employ or to terminate from employment an individual who has been convicted of a felony under s. 943.46 (4) (d) or under s. 943.46 (4) (c), 1999 stats., for a violation that occurred more than 20 years before the refusal to employ or termination from employment and who has not been pardoned for that felony".
