AB444-ASA1-AA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB444-ASA1-AA10,1,2 1. Page 11, line 3: after that line insert:

AB444-ASA1-AA10,1,5 "(iq) "School neighborhood" means any place within 1,000 feet of the grounds of a school, as defined in s. 948.61 (1) (b), but does not include school premises, as defined in s. 948.61 (1) (c).".

AB444-ASA1-AA10,1,7 2. Page 12, line 21: delete "or 943.13 (1m) (c)" and substitute ", 943.13 (1m) (c), 948.605, or 948.61".

AB444-ASA1-AA10,1,9 3. Page 40, line 20: delete "zone, as defined in s. 948.605 (1) (c), unless he or she is not in" and substitute "neighborhood unless one of the following".

AB444-ASA1-AA10,1,10 4. Page 40, line 21: delete that line.

AB444-ASA1-AA10,1,11 5. Page 41, line 11: delete lines 11 to 13.

AB444-ASA1-AA10,2,2 6. Page 54, line 16: delete that line and substitute "to whom all of the following apply:

AB444-ASA1-AA10,2,4 1. The person is going armed with a concealed handgun as permitted under s. 175.50.

AB444-ASA1-AA10,2,5 2. The person is not on school premises, as defined in s. 948.61 (1) (c).".
